When will my order arrive?

UK Standard shipping: 5-7 working days 

UK Express shipping: 1-3 working days 

International standard shipping: 10-15 working days

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer international shipping, however please bear in mind that this will be at an additional cost.

**Please note: In the unlikely event that you are charged by customs, we do NOT take liability for this fee.

Can I Return/Exchange my order?

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges as our abayas are exclusive hand made pieces to order. We therefore advise you to carefully choose the correct product by referring to our Instagram highlights and size guide.

**Please note: We do NOT take liability for any lost, stolen or delayed packages caused by the courier, as unfortunately this is out of our control. As a result, we cannot offer refunds or replacements.

You are advised to take up any delivery issues with the courier using the tracking information provided.

What aftercare should I follow?

Kindly note that due to the nature of the fabric from our glitter range collection, fallout will occur. This is normal and doesn't affect the abaya's quality.

To minimise this fallout, avoid excessive rubbing and machine washing. For optimal care, we suggest gentle hand washing to maintain the quality of your abaya.
